Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website agnetic-ai.com (and agnetic-ai.co.uk) and the purchase of digital products from Agnetic AI ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing or downloading any product you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
All products are digital downloads (prompts, workflows, guides, templates and related materials). No physical goods are supplied.
2. Licence
When you purchase a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of the materials.
3. Payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy). You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your country.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately (or within minutes) after successful payment via download link or email.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because the products are digital and delivered instantly:
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if you have not downloaded or accessed the product files.
- At checkout, you'll be asked to confirm that you understand immediate access begins on payment and that this waives the standard 14-day cancellation right once you download the files. Without that confirmation, the 14-day right applies as normal.
- If a product is materially faulty or does not match its description, contact us at hello@agnetic-ai.com and we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund. This right applies regardless of the above and cannot be waived, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Intellectual Property
All content remains our intellectual property. The licence granted does not transfer ownership.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Consumers in the EU/EEA may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence.
